Grand Room - Town House, Cambridge City Centre

Shiwen and her family wanted their space to be more than just a living room. They wished to create a multifunctional space that would cater to everyone's needs. The brief was to create a room that would include a lounge, study, music, and play area, with enough seating for family and friends. It was vital for the family to have a peaceful and practical space to unwind after a long day. I have used our expertise when deciding on the best position for the client's grand piano to ensure that the acoustics of the room are optimised for a beautiful sound. The piano was carefully placed away from any walls that may interfere with the sound quality and positioned in a spot where the sound could travel freely throughout the space.

I concentrate on the details and strive to design a space that meets the distinct needs of every member of my client's family. I was delighted with the feedback from not only Shiwen but also the children who absolutely love the final design.
